EyeBrow Perfection is committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please Contact Us immediately.
- Products must be returned for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase, and must be presented with proof of purchase (a copy of the original order).
- To receive a full credit (excluding postage & handling), products must be returned with packaging unopened.
- We cannot refund or exchange any items if the seal is damaged, opened, scratched, marked or appears to have been tampered with.
- EyeBrow Perfection reserves the right to refuse to exchange or credit any requests when returns are excessive and/or the policy has been manipulated or abused.
- The acceptance or any returned product will be at the discretion of EyeBrow Perfection.
- All unused products are expected back in a re-salable condition.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
